Store PoliciesPayment Methods AcceptedWe accept payment from major credit and debit cards and and also through Paypal or Google Checkout. The final option is payment by personal cheque, but due to bank charges made on foreign cheques, this option is for UK customers only.
Refunds
Customer satisfaction is a priority, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, a full refund, including return postage, will be credited to you upon receipt of the returned item. Returns should be made within seven days of receipt of the parcel. We do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping Methods and Costs
Domestic (United Kingdom) : Parcels are sent First Class via Royal Mail, and delivery can be expected within 1-3 working days. Postage costs 2.95GBP for the first item, plus 1.50GBP for each additional item.
Europe : Parcels are sent Airmail, via Royal Mail, and delivery can be expected within 4 - 7 working days. Postage costs 4.50GBP for the first item, plus 2.00GBP for each additional item.
The Americas and Rest-of-World: Parcels are sent either Airmail or Surface. Airmail parcels can be expected within 5 - 10 working days, and cost 7.50 GBP for the first item, plus 3.00GBP for each additional item. Surface mail parcels can be expected within 21 to 60 working days, and cost 4.50GBP for the first item, plus 2.00GBP for each additional item.
Please note that very occasionally we may contact you to request extra postage if a parcel is excessively overweight.
We endeavour to post books within 24 hours of receiving an order. If there should be any delay, we will let you know.
Please also note that Royal Mail does not provide tracking, unless this is specifically requested. If you would like additional protection on you parcel eg. tracking or additional insurance, please let us know at the time of placing an order.
